hi,
not sure im in the right place with this.
put game ETS2 on new pc and cant log in to go online

I don't understand what you mean. What cannot you log in to?

when you start game up you log in to the online profile log in

You probably mean that log in window for the synchronization with World of Trucks.
Go to the WoT page (
https://www.worldoftrucks.com/en/?action=sign_out) and have a look if your password is wrong or if there is any other failure e.g. account settings.
