This is a known mod conflict, I'm not sure which one it was, the best way to find out is to disable all mods except PM and enable mod by mod to see which mod caused it.

It's a no barrier Mod, or something like this

Make sure only it's reproducable in only ProMods, add coordinates, road number and so on...
