Black gaps in Rotterdam

In Rotterdam, I had found the following annoying bug. There is a huge gap between the main road and the road to the companies in Rotterdam.
Location is: 20669.7;31.0925;-8894.91;-0.628561;-0.313782

wrong coordinates, they bring me to Poland, not rotterdam, also post full coordinates including sectors and make sure the Bug is reporduceable with PM only

Now with the correct sectors

And I found already a solution. The additional map mods are the problem.

Dear Dr.Evil,
I have the excact same gap in Rotterdam.
Can you tell me which map mod (or combination) gives me this gap?
I'm trying to fix this issue and perhaps you know the answer.
