· You are missing the ProMods - RusMap road connection which is included inside the downloaded folder from RusMap.
· When loading both RusMap and ProMods in 1.32 you'll have to download the Spruce fix.
· Please run only the standalone or the replacement file but not both from the TCP pack.

Ah, thank you. Trying to find out where that connection went missing, I realized I was also running RusMap 1.8 so updated to 1.8.1 and found the pm-230-legacy-compatibility-fix-v13 package. So far, things look better.
