SR + ProMods crash

I'm sure this has been reported many times before, but I still can't find an answer after hours searching. I can't understand why I can't get Southern Region + ProMods to work. This is my mod load order: https://i.imgur.com/iagf9CB.png
The error message I get is: 00:07:44.161 : <ERROR> Missing data for ferry item! (ferry.constanta, uid: 0x27BBEEECC6C0001D)
Here is the full game.log:
Game version is 1.32.3.

Please report the issue to Southern Region map, we do not have a port in Constanta.

in addition you need the Legacy fix, otherwise it will crash during loading:
