[Piracy/No support] Game reloads while playing

Hi, everyone. I have two problems.

1. From time to time my game start to reloading during play which can be tricky at curves, because after reloading game continue with same speed of truck as it was before reloading.
How can I prevent that reloading during play?

2. After some time game freezes, and log says: <ERROR> [dx9] Failed to lock vertex buffer range of 9240 bytes at offset 56664. [0x80004005]
Is that something with the GPU?
