Load order of promods, rusmap and southern region

Can someone help me with the exact load order of promods, rusmap and southern region, with the needed fixes, obviously the current one that is pinned hasn't got where either the rusmap or southern region fixes should be for 1.33. (Aka not spruce as i've read that, that fix is not needed)

Hi,
just use the recommended load order as base.
Put the SR fix above SR files and replace the Def file with the one from the fix.
For RusMap, just replace the Def file with the Def file from the fix.

Thank you this seems to be working just going through step at time adding the maps on to make sure i'm getting the order right quick question, for SR where does the english translation go?
