mod incompatible

i dont know mutch about all the mods in ets but it is in the right folder i done the one you had to pay for like 82p or sumthing but i have it extracted i think and all 6 files in the mod folder and the def file too some one please tell me what is wrong

click on the 'i' Button, it's telling you what is missing.
