[Piracy/No support] Game freezes in Spain

Hello, my game freezes everywhere in Spain, not instantly but seconds after. The sound of the game still works but I can't do anything. I am running Promods 2.31 ( Game Version 1.32 ). I didn't make the upgrade to 1.33 yet because I'll looking forward for Promods with Baltics DLC.

Oh really, that's your answer? I have the game, I can't afford the DLC's + I've bought Promods... didn't get it for free. I'm expecting support from you guys... I can pay you, just help me fix the problem!
