You're loading like 1000 mods and think that is a ProMods issue?
It's a Mod conflict. And for your next reports read this first:
viewtopic.php?f=29&t=939

We need coordinates and Pictures for the Problem. The title should consist of the ProMods Version you use, road or city name and the country code.
And most importantly it must be reproducable by a Profile with ProMods only!

it can be still a Mod conflict. Remove everything except ProMods and then add Mod for mod in until you found the problem.

i removed still when i go from warszaw to teraspol i fall thru under the road it never happens before i only using original mods like rusmap southern region volga map etc

And I never had suchs issues. It's still one of your Mod, remove every Mod except ProMods, not just some and then test which one is the faulty one.
