You should use the unofficial Rusmap def for 1.33... not spruce fix or standard def.

It's because you need to put the Rusmap files (except the def) above ProMods, or just remove the other mods ...

but i do like in recomended compatibility tab by promods

we don´t need to see any video.
you play with map mods which are not recommend to play with ProMods together.
ProMods works well, why you not go for example to Poland Rebuild forum and ask there what is wrong?
or ask Arays, you use a fix from him. we can´t help you here.
