So I installed newest version of promods to play on ets2 and I didn't have north, Italy and france so I did crack them, put the cracked dlc's in steam folder where is ets2 located and it worked to enable the promods but the game quitted instantly after the loading screen when I choose my character and start with it.Only promods were enabled.

Well, your problem is, that you use a pirated Version of the game. Buy the game and the needed DLC, there's no Support for pirated Version of the game!!!
