Please show us a prove, that you legally bought all DLC, or post a full log without deleting stuff out of it. Otherwise there wont be support!

Any of them can cause this issue.

Caused by Realistic Russian highways. I know because it started occuring after I enabled that. RMP-HN, TSM, MHAPro, YKS Turkey, Moldova Map, YKSRSK, Jazzycat were not even enabled (first pass is for mod manager; at actual game loading, another pass of mod mounting occurs). Ferry Mods is my own, def-only mod to re-enable ferries disabled by Promods.
