Crashing, and i don't know why!!!!1

Hi Guys,
Can you take a look at this game log and work out why i can do the opening mission but after it always crashing and wont load when i try again.

Quite many mods there.
1 of the troubles might be the Real European Gas Stations Reloaded? Could be others too.
Maybe use
Real European Gas Stations Reloaded for Promods instead?
I would recommend to start with less mods to get a working baseline.
Then after that, add mods, test, add mods, until crash/problems, then remove crashing/bad mod.

Just download the mod and place it in mod folder.
