Any new job finding office, if I find out, does not show me any new employee. I have recruited all the employees who were available and there is no longer any new.

There's a limit on how many drivers you can hire, if you hired them all, no drivers will be availible.

The maximum amount of hired drivers in ETS2 are 275.

Less! than 100 drivers.
But still a pain, when manually setting their skill learning.

I have already 278 hired drivers, 32.70% discovered map an more office to discover. So i believe that something wrong is going on here.
