Edit: I launched my profile on which I have only Promods and in that area I didn't get any crash. So that must be mod conflict.

Try to delete Project Next Gen. I hear he has problems with Promods Mediterranean. You can also try to delete weather file, but recommend first option.

I don't think Project Next Gen will do a crash, it's maybe a other mod.
