Dear,

while entering Vienna from the west and then continuing on the A23 and A4, I see all these black blocks around me. These continue alongside the roadside and in the landscape until the border crossing with Hungary.

Do you use Southern Region? Try without it, if you have it.

Or play in DX9 instead of OpenGL. That's an OpenGL specific problem that has been fixed in 2.33, so those bugs come from an other Mod.

I started using Southern Region Mod when I updated Promods to 2.40. So either I remove SR mod (and wait for it to be updated?) or just play in DX9?
Isn't there a difference in quality between OpengL and DX9?

Try with DirectX9 first if it still is like that the problem probably lies in southern regions.

Dx9 is a much more powerful engine than OpenGL so the game would run better anyways. OpenGL is only meant for linux or Mac users which can't run Dx.
This has to be reported to the Southern Region devs so they can fix that problem.
