Tree in the middle of road. Seems to have collision, ran into it.

I can not confirm this issue happening in 2.41. Could you please which other mods are you running or if you did something special to reproduce this bug?

P.S.: You should upload your game.log in pastebin.com or if the size is bigger, zippyshare.

I do have a lot of other mods in but haven't had any issues other than this. I assume this is Promods territory right? I guess it could be another mod causing an issue there. I'll try flying there and seeing if it shows up again.
