I downloaded paid version of this mod and it doesnt work, it freezes and crashes on the start, here i game logs

There is no such thing as "a paid version of the mod" - both the free download and the paid download consist of the same files.
Judging by the log, the game is not crashing but you are not waiting long enough for the navigation cache to be built
