Hi , i need some help with Jazzycat mods

The problem is because when i activate the jazzy's mods and start playing , the game dont spawn cars and just stops working
and many times i saw in the traffic trucks from Truck Traffic Pack , spite the mod is deactivated pls help me


i'm also sending txt files if needed
