Error with lights on

Hi, I'm here a new game of ETS2 for about a week, but I have a problem playing ets 2 on minimal requirements with a size of 100% resolution 1920x1080 and when I turn on the lights as if the game slowed down not to start mowing or anything like it just just sees them as if slowed down lag or I don't know what and when I turn off the lights the game goes the way I do, I don't think I have such a weak PC that it doesn't tighten this game on minimal details. The controllers have a bet, they do it when running all modes or Opengl, 64 bit 32 bit Dirext 9 11 12this still. Thank you in advance for your help
