I was driving along Swedish road 40 with a yacht and I hit the bridge. Screenshots are attached.

Hi!

Is it possible to make the navigation map bridges and tunnels places?

To be able to get around at a high truck.

I know that bridge! And I've also driven a boat into it at 135km p/h :P
That bridge isn't really too low, the boat is too high. You should take another route next time ;)

I agree with the above comment :) That would make trucking ordinary loads much easier.

Lesson learned the hard way.
I agree, bridges and tunnels should be shown on the map.

IRL you need to plan the route beforehand GPS is useless when messing around with oversized load
Quite a few truckdrivers have been in similar position having damaged both load and bridge

Someone have created an independent map to preview and decide for other route ds to avoid problems
Another option is to create strategic savepoints in order to back track

And some people, like me, load the last autosave and drive to that bridge. Stop just before the brigde, and press '0'. Fly the camera to the other side of the bridge, fly low to the ground, press 'F9'. And continue driving on the other side of the bridge without damage

There are absolutely no instruments in the game for such planning. No database of any kind that would tell you the allowed widths/heights for each road, no cargo dimensions. And even if you try to make such database yourself, you have no tools for measuring the bridge and cargo heights. All you can do is get into trouble and make a note on a scrap of paper that this particular cargo cannot be driven under this particular bridge. Which won't help you next time you drive with a bit smaller trailer.

I don't think that's what truckers do IRL. :D

There is no mechanism in the game to detect the height of the truck load and the clearance height of the bridges on the route.
