I have seen a few instances of this now. It seems to affect Mercedes cars only. The wheel textures are missing until you get closer. Then the wheels appear correctly. You can see it on the second car in front on the left. The wheels look white.

Are you using other mods, like an AI traffic mod? If you have, try de-selecting them and see if that makes a difference.
Some mods contain wheel textures, and may be incompatible. Also, missing textures usually show up as bright red.

Other mods are Jazzycat Trailer and Cargo, Essential Game Fixes and Essential Real Logos. No AI traffic mods.
I will try removing them.
I have seen the bright red textures a few times on buildings, and to be honest, I thought they were meant to be like that. It looks kinda cool.

Most of the missing textures on buildings, grass etc. were fixed with the latest compatibility patch.
Jazzycat's mods shouldn't cause problems (I run most of those myself ), so my hunch is that Essential Game Fixes is the culprit, which maybe outdated now on 1.17. Try de-selecting that one in your mod list.
