You can run ProMods 1.91 with 1.17v Patch Fix, because you don't have 1.18 version and you will have to wait a lot until it show up...

For your pirate version you can update to v1.18.10 but not compatible with ProMods v1.95, RusMap v1.4.9, PolandRebuild v1.95. Better to update to v1.18.05 for more compatibility

Whether the game is legitimately owned or not, there is no support for pirated executables as these are known to cause random issues which don't occur with either the Steam or direct download version. Locking topic.
