wierd stop signal lights

I drove around the cities in the scandinavia dlc and all stop signal lights where messed up. It only happens in Sweden,Norway and Denmark. The lights looked like when you have a mod conflict but i only have the map in my active mods list. And i run 1.19 of ets2 and 1.95 of the map so i dont know why the stop signal lights are red. Cus in other cities of the map i dosent happen only in the scnadinavian dlc cities.

ETS2 1.19 and ProMods 1.95 have compatibility issues

ProMods v1.96 should be released very soon, and that will hopefully resolve a lot of issues
