Possibly a corrupted download. Redownload all parts, wait until the download is finished, put all parts in the same folder and extract the first part using 7Zip.

I live in Turkey.Sometimes they become cuts.The files are immediately corrupted.REPEATEDLY I downlaid FIRST file

Have you downloaded all 7 files and tried to open the first file via 7zip or winrar?

Create a screenshot in Windows with Print Screen, or the Snipping Tool and upload the file to a site like imgur.com
