Mods are not appearing in Organiser

When I attempt to enable the mods they are not appearing in the organiser, I checked with a friend who has his working and we have it setup the exact same.

Any help would be appreciated

Hello,

TruckersMP has an own mod manager. We have also mentioned this in our knowledge base article which you can find here: https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/614
That means you do not have to do anything in the Mod Manager, the TruckersMP client will deal with it on its own.
