You need promods-def-v242.scs, without ST compatibility.

actually it doesn't matter, if you use ST or Non ST def, but your def file has .zip as filetype, but it has to be .scs as filetype.

how do we do so because I pay all the files to go faster

The problem is not with any of the main ProMods files, the problem is with the def file.
Please go into your Windows Settings and disabling hiding file extensions, then you will see that the def file name is incorrect.
The def file should be promods-def-st-v242.scs not promods-def-st-v242.scs.zip
