Trams on Promods

Hi All,

While I was driving through Vienna (Wien) I realized there is already some railway available and I don´t know how viable that would be to developers, but I thought it would be nice and more realistic to have trams in the game, maybe also as an educational motivation for those who also drive in real life in order to pay more attention on trams.

That's already a good start, but my idea was expanding it to cities with a significant tram traffic, including those trams that share roads with cars where railaways are already available
