def generator 1.52

I downloaded 2 files with the map mod. I still need a file called def generator 1.52 but I am not able to find it for download. Any idea? A search dont give me anything.

Someone tell me that I should have these 2 files in the mod folder and the check them. Is that all?

hi everyone, my problem is that I got the 3 1.5.2 files downloaded ok but when I tried to generate the def file a notepad page opens with a load of giberish or code writing on it so the promod 1.5.2 won't work.

any ideas? I tried reinstalling it a couple of times but still the same out come.

Any help would be great.

p.s. I have the latest patch 1.8.2.

Why would you try opening the def file in notepad anyway?

1. Download the ...def.scs file, put in your ..\mod folder.
2. Activate the ...def.scs file in your Profile.
3. Done!

Hi again, I'm not sure if I am being mis-understood or maybe it's is me not explaining it properly. I can download the files okay. I have the 2 promods 1.5.2 zipfiles installed into my mods folder, it's when I generate the def file and it finishes downloading, when I click on it to try and put it into my mods folder that's when the notepad page opens up.

I followed the instructions step by step, In my profiles page in the game the 2 promods 1.5.2 files are there I enabled them, but still no joy.

I deleted my promods 1.0.1 files before I started my game, just in case someone asks.

Don't double click on it or try to unpack them like a zip, just place the downloaded file into the modfolder.
If it automatically opens when you select it, then something on your OS is strange.

Yea an scs file should not open in notepad..
