Mods missing when updated to 2.01?

I have just updated to 2.01 and when i sign in to my profile to start playing it tells me that I have missing mods. I have disabled the 2.00 mods from the mod manager, is there something that I have done wrong?

My apologies if I have wasted anyone's time with this query.

The game always complains about that once, but once the mod manager is set up correctly and refreshed you won't see the message again

Indeed, the game complains about not finding the 2.00 assets, but those are also present in the 2.01 files, obviously, so your savegame should load fine. It's safe to ignore those warnings and load the save anyway.
