How to combine Promod 210, Russia Map 1.63, and ROS 3.1?

My game version is 1.24 . I want to play Promod 210, Russia Map 1.63, and Russia Open Space 3.1 together but I don't know how to do.
I read that topic:

but the author wrote it for game version 1.22 . I wonder whether I can use that method for 1.24 or not, and if not, what mod I need to connect all of them.

There's no real easy answer to this question, as ROS 3.1 is incompatible with the game currently due to a conflict caused by Promods. A lot of things changed between 2.0 and 2.1 so right now ROS is on the shelf for me. RusMap 1.63 is still compatible with Promods 2.1 and you can combine the maps, however the road connection file will need to be updated, and a fix is being prepared on RusMap's end. Currently the connections between Narva and the E62 connection from Latvia are broken. You can still drive into Rusmap from Poland or by ferry, however.

ProMods 2.10, RusMap v1.6.3 (1.23.x) and I see all city names on the map.

Well, i had the exact same problem, yet i've sorted it out as it was "Project Balkans" that caused that glitch.

Oh, so I didn't have to delete rusmap together with project balkans, good to know.

I'm still on a 10,000 km journey from ROS 3.1 to ProMods 2.03. Once I get back to upgrade to ProMods 2.1 and do some testing, I'll let you guys know the status of the map compatibility.

Hey guys, that means we can use Promod 2.1 and Russia Map 1.63 together, but ROS 3.1 cannot combine with them at that moment, right?
