ProMods + SCS Paris rebuild topic

Hey guys. If for licensing reasons SCS aren't able to add/rework the Eiffel Tower in the upcoming Paris rebuild, will the ProMods team be adding it in and making it light up in gold at night?

Paris wouldn't look right without the iconic landmark.

Yeah but the lights of the Eiffel Tower are copyrighted since they're an "artwork" which is why it's not lit up in game at night, so SCS would have to seek permission. Modders can get around this though since the authorities wouldn't care about a mod for a game.

If you try taking a photo of the Eiffel Tower at night you may get a fine. Weird.

Have you ever been to Paris? The tower is barely visible from the périphérique, or even the inner city.

When you come from the west, south west on A12/A12 or A6/A10 junctions you go downhill to Paris and can clearly see it along with other landmarks such as the Sacré Coeur , the Montparnasse Tower and the La Defense Towers (sort of little Manhattan

Believe it or not there are licenses/copyright for building aswell as trucks. An example was the hollywood sign in ats which is displayed as world of trucks.
