About add a garage at “Ísafjörður” or “Bolungarvil”

I hope to add a garage at “Ísafjörður” or “Bolungarvil”.
The snow world is too beautiful. When I first drove the truck to there, the sounds of seagulls and wind beside my ears, one side is sea ,the other side is frozen wasteland, then I was conquered.
I hope to go there more easy, now the easiest way is only drive from “Akranes”, but it's still a too long journey.
Even "Longyearbyen" have a garage already, why “Ísafjörður” or “Bolungarvil” can't have one?
