Why would you wanna use 2.11? Use 2.12 instead. It's compatible with the same DLC as 2.11. Only for ETS2 1.26 instead of ETS2 1.25.

Download v2.11 Def and Download v2.12 Def doesn't working at my. Any suggestion ?

Yep, save a few bucks and buy DLC Vive la France

BTW, 2.12 works perfectly fine for me. Just disable adblock.
Same for 2.11 btw. It works perfectly on Firefox with adblock disabled.
