Hi

I take it v2.15 still replaces the France DLC with ProMods France.

No. The only parts of ProMods' France in 2.15 are the main areas not covered by the France DLC.

Mine was working until game updated itself to 1.26.3.2s and it's crashing now. what a shame. I am only using jazzycat mods as they are the best for me. Tried to uninstall all but no result.

So you want us to guess why it's crashing?
PM 2.15 is not crashing, unless you make a mistake OR use some other mods too.
Create your own thread in Gameplay issues section and provide detailed description of your problem and your game.log file.
