recently i found a mod which changes the unloading areas of some company prefabs.
Unfortunately, this mod just works on standard scs map and dlcs and not with map mods at all. In order to work properly with maps it needed to be merged or something like that.

Have you heard about it? It will be very nice if you consider to ensure compatibility with this mod, because it offers a better variety of parking challenges and more realism.
