I have already paid once for the fast download ages ago, but today I decided to get the latest one so I pay for that too, after I download it says I require the Viva La France DLC that I don't own, so I go to the older downloads page to get the 2.12 version that doesn't require France DLC but I have to pay for that too! Help will be nice.
