why you not just open my file? it´s for 1.27.
if i want i can do this high traffic now 24 hours. but that i don´t want. i want in the morning rus hours, and then ´normal´ traffic, so that you will not get in trouble with your job order.
so i decreased for my final version the traffic a lot at national roads.

thats my highest day time spawn setting in my final version, and i have the same amount of traffic like you can see in my videos.

like i said, open my file. if you like, just change the spawn time tables.
but my final version will work better. ;)

Ofcourse I opened your file.
I will keep parameter around 10000 until I find that traffic is too high at night, then I will play with numbers. For now,
spawn_daytime_rates[]: ( 0.09375, 3 , 125 ) // 02:15 Uhr
is good enough.

Today I had 1. drive on 1.27 and I am satisfied with density. Even I got into traffic jam for few real minutes. Part of my load order is:
My high traffic (not updated)
Rudi's high traffic
D.B. Creation's high traffic

I got an idea: putting all roads, especially cities, under traffic area - traffic rule: traffic density 5.
What do you think, in light of traffic density?

Iceland is not supposed to have much traffic, it doesn't have much traffic in real life
