The map isn't working for me in 1.26.7

Did you correctly downgrade?

Firstly, go to your Steam Library and search Euro Truck Simulator 2.
Now right-click Euro Truck Simulator 2 and choose Properties.

In Properties, choose BETA tab. Select the latest support version from the list.
Use the following versions for the appropriate game:
Euro Truck Simulator 2: temporary_1_26.x

Done! You downgraded your game. But to be sure, check if you see Queued or the downloading's percentage.

Promods 2.16 will be still 2.1x. Promods 2.20 will be not 2.1x but 2.2x.
2.16 mean smaller changes, probably rebuild of Poland (Żniwek/Vöytek posted photo with progress of this project with sign 'It will be included in 2.16' or something like this), Maybe cities from Kaliningrad Oblast (Chernyakov, Sovyetsk, Kaliningrad if I remember well). 2.20 will include more cities (I hope about 50 but may be less).
