Ok ok, You said. But why we have in promods UK bigger that in vanilla?

Because we can't change the scale of the UK, since it's hard-coded into the game....

This means time will pass at another speed as in the rest of Europe.
This works the same as in cities, here the time passes more slowly too.
We can't change that.

That is because you can change it. Actually you don't have to change anything, just map it how you like and what scale you want.
