Also a low overpass in Germany. On Highway 5, near Strasbourg, heading to Frankfurt, just past the gas station. Got 4% damage from it.

just an idea how to cut this whole story shorter:

How about starting a thread in the "Bug reports" section of this forum to list all the low clearances in the map.
Postings in there m u s t meet the following requirements:

1. Screenshots must be added of:
- the exact location on the map using the map at reasonable zoom in p l u s a brief but precise description of the location (things like "somewhere along the way between here and there" don´t cut it and shouldn´t be accepted)
- the in game incident itself for better understanding.

2. Game log must be added the usual way to provide info about mods used and all that ladida for obvious reasons.

This would give dev´s one place to look at saving them from browsing the whole forum and users from starting new topics all the time.

Hi, the overpasses on 2.16 are too low for heavy cargo dlc, even standard heavy cargo like Vanilla Lowbed Trailer with Yacht. I understand we can take detours but its close to impossible in Germany where the roads are almost exclusively highways (you are bound to find an overpass on almost all roads). Have a look at one of the few exit routes from Leipzig:

@ramocharly: A low bridge is not per definition a bug!
Normally, when you're hauling an exceptional load, you know the dimensions. European roadsigns C17 till C22 impose several restrictions (like weight, height, width, harzardous cargo, etc) on truck drivers. Most viaducts (the ones we're calling in this thread a low bridges) have a sign C18 which indicates the maximum allowed height..

In reality it happens that a driver misses a sign and the transport gets stuck on a viaduct or tunnel.

When you have a regular cargo load there isn't a low bridge on the A5?
