because im new to this game, and i want to play it with this fantastic mod, i need the "Vive la France" dlc to use the mod? because i have only "Going east" and "Scandinavia" dlc...

Yes, you need DLC Vive la France.

Thanks for the answer, well now im going to buy that dlc because i really want play this mod ahahah

Hi,

with those two DLC's you can also play Promods 2.12, but you have to downgrade your game to 1.26:
compat.php

It's better to buy the DLC now, because SCS will release more and more map DLCs in the future. So then you have to pay for 2 or 3 of them instead of buying them separately once a year when they're released.
