Try to unpack using Winrar or Keka if you have used Winrar

I have this problem when I play All at once the game hangs with this message !

You seem to not understand us and how the mods work.

1. You downloaded ProMods files.
2. Then you unpacked them.
3. Then you put them in the mod folder.

But when you were unpacking them (step 2), something went wrong. Maybe you ran out of HDD space, maybe there was some random error, maybe the files you downloaded got broken.
That's why the game crashed for you.
