From a bit of technical point - If your PC supports the VR - and you have enough of RAM and CPU and GPU power to play the ETS2 + Mods you like - then there should be no problem with the VR.
The VR headsets like Oculus and Vive are basically just the Screen with sensors and/or LEDs.. As long as the game it self supports the VR - then any mod will automatically support it.
