Hi guys,
I'm wondering, is there some kind of a trick to make more variety in freight market, I mean more variety in cities? Because I mostly see the same cities like Ostrava, Koln, Linkoping etc, but I've never(!) seen jobs to Kemijarvi, Nikel, Murmansk, Longyearbyen and many others (I tried to search jobs to these cities in freight market, but no results)...
Is it possible to make more variety in freight market?

Well, the number of jobs going from and to a city are determined by how many points in that city can offer a job and points that can accept a delivery. Bigger cities have more companies, which means they have more of these points. If you look closely to the cities you mentioned, they have only one or two companies. Some cities have companies that only have a delivery point, but not a pick-up point (especially supermarkets and gas stations). Also, each company only has one delivery point (three if you count for advanced parking) but can have multiple pick-up points. More pick-up points = more possible job offers at the same time.
This is also the reason why there is a disproportionate amount of jobs going to Poland, because there are more job generating points there (this was one of the issues that lead to the parting of ways between ProMods and PR). Inversely, we may have to revise some cities for having too few delivery points.
It's pretty logical: the jobs are dependent on pick-up and delivery points in that area.

Yeah, so here's some equations to explain.
Barcelona > Manresa
Helsinki > Kemijarvi
Tallinn > Pärnu
Stockholm > Sodertalje
Brought to you by a shortened version of what Mandelsoft said, although he explains things pretty well
