One thing that really annoys me about driving in Russia is being stuck behind slow AI trucks on the vast Russian roads. The speed limit for Promods is 70km/h which is correct, but Russia allows trucks to drive up to 80 km/h on rural roads. I think Promods should update the Russian speed limit to 80km/h to portray this.
Rusmap already did this (well incorrectly), but Promods overrides the speed limits.
Update: It seems Russia allows a 10 km/h tolerance for truck speed limits on rural roads and highways.
Russian speed limits.

Russian national speed limits for cities/rural/highway are 60/90/110 for "cars" and 60/70/90 for "trucks" (above 3.5t total weight). But there is no fine for speeding less than 20 km/h above speed limit. There used to be a traffic violation of going faster than 10 km/h above the limit with no fine for it, then it got removed for being pointless.
So given that there is no way to set up leeway independently for different countries, it's impossible to set up speed limits and fines 100% realistically.
