Well, you probably didn't read carefully and rushed everything. I don't know how big and colored letters do you need before you read it. Click on download again and generate def file.

then go to step 3 to download the mod (but you already have done that)

The promods-def-st-v242 file is a separate file download than the big file, it has to be generated for each individual player as instructed to do so in step 1 of 3. Hi, the def file is generated on the website only - using step 1 of the download process. It is not included in the paid package.
Usually speeds are anywhere between 10 and 100MB/s. The speed depends on the connection of your ISP with Amazon
