Have you tried updating 7zip to the latest version?
If it still gives errors then the archive would have gotten corrupted during download, sometimes this can happen when a virus scanner is opening the file for scanning during download

I can't do that because it will take another 2 days for my card to be confirmed on paypal, and since I don't use it anymore it will also require to make a new account.

You can pay by bank transfer too .. just set up a PayPal account and transfer
ProMods does not have a map of Turkey and Romania

Hi,
ProMods 2.43 is not merged with the Black Sea DLC, so the DLC is currently overwritten by ProMods.
You have to wait for ProMods 2.45 - then the DLC will be merged with ProMods and you can play with both.
