I have this problem, too, more or less. I can unpack them, but as I test them for integrity and Assets, Models 1 and 2 and Media can't be opened. Could it be the browser with which I downloaded (Internet Explorer).
Here is a screenshot of them with the sizes:

The sizes are correct. Just run the game and it should work

That won't work because he/she didn't unpacked it :p, please unpack the files with the latest version of Winrar or 7-zip (which I prefer).
